La Corda d'Oro Primo

Kahoko Hino
Kahoko is the main female protagonist of the series. She is a second year at Seiso Academy. She has a warm and friendly personality and is very honest and straightforward, as shown from the way she expresses herself through her violin.
She lives with her mother and older sister as well as having an older brother studying in a university but it is unknown whether or not her father has been mentioned in the story. She confesses to have a strong craving for sweet things.
Kahoko has never played or touched a violin until she meets the strange music fairy, Lili. Though at first reluctant about playing the violin, she soon begins to love music. She is a polite and considerate girl who puts others' feelings before her own, though at times she can appear rather naive, especially in music. The boys involved in the concours have obvious crushes on her, though Kahoko is unable to figure that out.
In the TV special Secondo Passo, she took up a part-time job working in a music shop to finance her violin lessons. She was also excluded by the academy's director Akihiko Kira to form an ensemble to take part in a grand festival. She was upset by the director's decision. Aoi Kaji then took her out on a date to cheer her up. He then reveals the reason he transferred here.
In the more recent chapters of the manga, she is shown more frequently and felt sad upon knowing Tsukimori will leave to study abroad.

Ryōtaro Tsuchiura
Tsuchiura is a second year as well as Kahoko's friend. He and Kahoko met after he ran into her, nearly knocking her down a staircase, saving her just in time in episode 1. Their friendship eventually grows, and she even confesses to him that she knew nothing of playing the violin.
His mother is a piano teacher, revealed through Minami's conversation with Kahoko in the anime. He also has a younger brother and is good at cooking.
He is a very gifted pianist but quit playing in public because of an unpleasant experience at a competition because of the judges' discrimination of younger contestants. After he assisted Kahoko in the first round of the concours by being her accompanist, he, as well, joined the concours.
In the past, he had a girlfriend called Mizue Sakamoto, and in episode 14, they met again by accident at the train station with Kahoko and Len where she mistook Kahoko as Tsuchiura's girlfriend at first, then Len's girlfriend after.
Tsuchiura is the star of the soccer team; he is the team midfielder. He is very skilled at the sport and even outdoing some third year students. Even so, Mizue said that he was skilled in both basketball and soccer, which Mizue points out that whenever he plays, there will always be girls cheering for him. As told by Mizue, he was also in the basketball club when they were in middle school.

He does not like Tsukimori, and they often get into many disagreements. Their arguments can vary in topics, from a notebook to their style of performance.
His feelings for Hino gradually deepen as the series progresses and going as far as secretly calling her Kaho during the quintet's performance.
In Chapter 37 of the manga, he admits to his ex-girlfriend, Mizue, that indeed, he likes someone - that someone being Hino, to whom he is thankful because she was the one who had helped him rediscover his love for the piano.
Later on in Chapter 55, in an attempt to make Tsukimori realize his own feelings for Hino, Tsuchiura confesses, "I ...like Hino." In Chapter 65, he gets angry at Tsukimori for "not doing anything about it", referring to Tsukimori's feelings towards Hino. In chapter 71, he told Kahoko "I like you."
In all of the game series, he was able to sense and see Lili, The fata. Alongside with the other Concour's Particpant.

Kazuki Hihara
Kazuki is an outgoing person and is extremely friendly to others. He has little sense of social boundary. During his time in middle school, he was in the track team but pulled out to play the trumpet in the school band.
He explained to Kahoko that one day he went to the rooftop to have lunch, however when he arrived, there was a female senior playing the trumpet. He was amazed at how she played. Soon after, she was there every time he went to the place to have his lunch. Later, she brought a trumpet she borrowed from the school's music room. This finally allowed him to have a try on playing the trumpet. Nevertheless, at that time, he already joined the school's track team and he was reluctant to leave and join the school band. However, in the end he had his friend's support and quit the track team.

Kazuki has an enormous appetite, as he is constantly eating. He quickly befriends Kahoko. Because of him, Kahoko learned the true meaning of music, that it is enjoyed by everyone. After that Kahoko began to love and enjoy music better. In the middle of the series, he starts to call Kahoko "Kaho-chan", instead of the usual "Hino-chan", thus suggesting he has a rather obvious crush on her. He is the first one to realize he likes her, and becomes overly conscious of her afterward.
He's a member of the Orchestra Club.
He has an elder brother named Haruki.
In Kiniro no Corda 3 he is 25 years old and is helping out the orchestra club, the role Shinobu Ousaki once filled in.

Len Tsukimori
Len is in the Music department and is in Year 2, Class A. He is quiet and cold towards everyone, including his own parents, to an extent. Later, he warms up to Kahoko and eventually gives her advice on how to hold and play the violin properly.
He is a violin virtuoso. Born in a family of musicians, Len felt overshadowed by his parents' music and strives for perfection in his music. He holds a high standard and demands the best from himself and from others. Len's father is a well-known violinist and his mother is a famous pianist called Misa Hamai. He is fluent in both English and German. In one of the chapters, it has been shown that Len knows how to play the piano.
Len didn't believe that music was enjoyable, though after spending some time with Kahoko, he slowly began to enjoy music. With this, his music changed and even his mother has noticed the change that was influenced by Kahoko.
Others may think that he acts harshly towards her, but deep down in his heart, he is concerned about her although he does not show it. As the series progresses, he realizes his feelings of love for Kahoko. It becomes more obvious in the more recent chapters of the manga; for instance, while everyone else knows that he is leaving to study in Europe, he finds it the hardest to tell this to Kahoko, and he doesn't really understand why. Instead, he claims that his leaving has nothing to do with her.
It takes Ryōtaro, who tells Len that he (Ryōtaro) likes Kahoko, to make him open his heart and acknowledge certain things regarding her. It's also seen that it is only around her that he blushes furiously later on in the series - for instance, when she held his hands, and when he walked her home. In chapter 63 of the manga, he becomes fully aware of his feelings when he thinks "My feelings for you...if it is expressed in words, then it is Love."
In chapter 63, (titled : Ave Maria) Len finally realizes his true feelings for Kahoko. It seems that his feelings were confusing for him for a long time, but then he realizes that he loves her. In chapter 65, Len was encouraged by Kahoko to go see Tsuchiura's performance. Before the concert, Len was depicted to only stare at Kahoko during that time. Yunoki told him that was too obvious.
Yunoki also found out Tsukimori has feelings for Hino. The time Tsukimori didn't want to tell Hino that he was going to leave in a week, Tsuchiura was so angry because Len was being cruel to Hino. Len told him that even though he confessed to her, it would not change her performance during the contest.
In Chapter 67, he hugs Kahoko and tells her that he will be leaving for his trip the next day, which happened to be the day of her performance. In Chapter 69, as Tsukimori was about to leave for his trip, Tsuchiura looked for to convince him to watch Hino's performance. Tsukimori then buys flowers for Hino, but does not stay to the end to see her after her performance, instead asking Tsuchiura to pass the flowers onto her. When asked why, he tells Tsuchiura that 'that performance was more than enough.' After finding out Tsukimori had been and had already left, Hino runs out of the hall to find Tsukimori. After seeing her on the side of the street just after getting into his taxi, he gets out and tells her that he heard her performance and how much he enjoyed it. After giving Hino his coat due to her lack of warm clothing and hearing her promise to work hard at the violin, he departs and is currently studying in Vienna.
Chapter 74 from the manga marks Len's return to Japan, and a confrontation between him and Kahoko ensues.

The manga closes with Chapter 75, where Len indirectly confesses to Kahoko about his feelings. Lili appears once again, and sees the two together(hugging) and brings kahoko the music of happiness.
In Kiniro no Corda game, he can see Lili, the Fata.

Hei Darker Than Black

Hei Darker Than Black
Codename "Hei", the main protagonist, is an elite Contractor, with the Messier Code BK-201. Hei has a double persona in the series. In the general public he is referred to as Li Shengshun, a good-natured Chinese exchange student living in the Umitsuki apartments and occasionally working in his "part time job". He has short black hair and a large appetite.
Hei's other persona is that of the Contractor simply known as BK-201 by authorities or as The Black Reaper (Kuro no Shinigami) by other Contractors. Even before becoming a Contractor, Hei worked as an assassin, earning his nickname. As Hei, he operates in a mask, a bullet resistant overcoat, and with gear suiting a military operative.

K-On

K-On! (けいおん! Keion!) is a Japanese four-panel comic strip manga written and illustrated by Kakifly. The manga was serialized in Houbunsha's seinen manga magazine Manga Time Kirara between the May 2007 and October 2010 issues. It was also serialized in Houbunsha's magazine Manga Time Kirara Carat. The manga will relaunch in spring 2011 in Manga Times Kirara. A 13-episode anime adaptation produced by Kyoto Animation aired in Japan between April and June 2009. An additional original video animation (OVA) episode was released in January 2010. A 26-episode second season, titled K-On!! (with two exclamation marks), aired in Japan between April and September 2010, with an OVA episode released in March 2011. An anime film adaptation has been announced and will be released in Japan on December 3, 2011. The title of the series comes from the Japanese word for light music, keiongaku (軽音楽), but in the Japanese context is similar to pop music.

Mio Akiyama
Mio is a shy girl who is in the light music club. She plays a left-handed, 3-Color Sunburst Fender Jazz Bass with a tortoiseshell pickguard.though is shown playing a Fender Precision Bass in the first manga volume. She uses D'Addario EXL160M medium bass strings. Her bass is given the name Elizabeth later in the anime. While she originally intended to join the literary club, she was forced into the light music club by her childhood friend and the club's president/drummer, Ritsu. She gets excellent grades in school and is often mature and strict especially where Ritsu is involved; her weakness is the macabre and horrific, and she is often incapacitated with fear when stories involving ghosts, blood, injuries, haunted houses, barnacles or other disturbing topics come up. She also has a fear of being in the spotlight and gets embarrassed easily, and is often subject to teasing from Ritsu and Sawako, their club adviser and eventual third-year homeroom teacher. Mio has long, straight black hair and gray eyes (that are angled slightly more than the other characters). She cites that she chose bass since it is not the center of attention in the band, unlike the guitarist. Mio is more technical when it comes to music, and Yui often comes to her when she is in need of more guitar tutorials.

Along with Yui, Mio is one of the band's main vocalists, though given her dislike of being center stage, she tries to avoid taking the lead vocal if possible, generally singing if Yui is unable to. She writes most of the songs, although they usually feature some odd and overly girlish lyrics like "Light and Fluffy Time". As she is left-handed, she becomes entranced whenever she sees left-handed instruments, because of their rarity. After their first live performance, the attractive Mio gained a huge fan following (in no small part due to an unfortunate accident that occurred at the end of the show), led by an infatuated former student council president. Also resulting from her sudden popularity, most of her classmates voted that she portray Romeo in their class play.

Syaoran n Sakura

Syaoran and Sakura
Syaoran (小狼 Shaoran) is a fictional character appearing as one of the protagonists from Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle, a manga series written and illustrated by Clamp. In Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle, Syaoran is introduced as young archeologist who is in love with Sakura, his childhood friend and the princess from the Kingdom of Clow. When Sakura's memories are scattered throughout parallel dimensions, Syaoran goes on a quest to recover them, giving all of Sakura's memories involving him as a payment to travel. Across the series, Syaoran is revealed to be a clone from another teenager created by Fei-Wang Reed, the sorcerer who caused Sakura to lose her memories. As a seal from his original self placed on the clone's body breaks, Syaoran becomes one of the series' antagonists, moving according to Fei-Wang's will. He has also been featured in other Clamp works including the manga xxxHolic, and the drama CD series Holistuba.
Syaoran's character was based on Syaoran Li, a character from Clamp's Cardcaptor Sakura manga. The character has been well-received by readers from the series, placing high in various popularity polls from Tsubasa and manga and anime series in general. He also received positive comments by publications from manga and anime who pointed his role in the series and his relationship with Sakura. Syaoran's role as an antagonist has also received positive comments and various writers started giving nicknames to differentiate him from his original self often calling him evil.

Sakura (サクラ?), also known as Princess Sakura (サクラ姫 Sakura Hime), is a fictional character and one of the protagonists from Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle, a manga series written and illustrated by Clamp. In the series, Sakura is a princess from the Kingdom of Clow who has her memories separated from her body to parallel dimensions. Having fallen catatonic and being near death, Syaoran, her childhood friend, goes on a quest to recover her memories which took the form of feathers. As a payment for travelling, Sakura loses all the memories she ever had regarding Syaoran who she was in love. Nevertheless, as the journey continues, Sakura starts bonding with Syaoran and learns about how the sorcerer Fei-Wang Reed was responsible for the loss of her memories and the recovery from all of them will help Fei-Wang. Besides Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle, Sakura also appears in other works from Clamp including xxxHolic and the drama CD series Holitsuba.
The character of Sakura was based on Sakura Kinomoto, the protagonist from Clamp's previous manga Cardcaptor Sakura sharing a similar relationship Syaoran, who also based on a character from the same series. Her character has been well-received by Japanese readers and audiences, appearing in various popularity polls from Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle as well as series in general. Publications for manga, anime and other media have also commented on Sakura's character. She received praise for her personality, her relation with Syaoran, as well as her development across the series.

Usui Takumi

Usui Takumi
Takumi Usui (碓氷 拓海Usui Takumi) is the first person who found out the secret of Misaki Ayuzawa. He kept quiet about it so that he is the only one who knew. Slowly as time passes by, he develops an attachment to Misaki. He does not leave Misaki's side even if she beats him up. He is often referred to by Misaki as the "perverted outer-space alien". Still, he's often flirting with her, causing her an evident blush and an angry reaction.

AppearanceEdit Appearance section

Usui has blonde, spiky hair that slightly covers his green eyes. He is one of the few blondes in the series, which most likely roots in his British heritage (he is one-quarter British). As seen in the series, he is very athletic, and is slender yet muscular. His height is 186 cm. He is very handsome, as most girls who see him falls for his looks instantly.

PersonalityEdit Personality section

Usui is a very secretive person, and has only opened himself to Misaki. He is also a very popular boy in school because of his looks and talent. Some may not see, but he is a very smart student, and although very popular, he doesn't let it go to his head. Actually, he seems to think the whole popularity-thing is rather troublesome (making him look even cooler).

Usui is one of the best students in Seika High, if not the best, excelling in most subjects and sports (to Misaki's annoyance). He doesn't think twice about rejecting a girl's confession, something he seems to experience often, Misaki is also unhappy about this as she views it as him "harassing" girls. He can also survive even after jumping through the school roof without protective gear, just to save the photo that contains the secret of Misaki being a maid. He excels in playing chess, the violin, cooking, formal table etiquettes as well as most sports, much to many people's surprise. He does not seem to do well with kids or animals. He is a quarter British and is able to speak English fluently, mostly using it to converse with his older brother. There was also once that he kissed Yukimura, leading him to avoid Usui afterwards, because he did not want Misaki to feel so awkward from a kiss he gave her, and it worked.
Usui does not express any desire to sustain a long-term relationship with anybody, evident when Kanou asks him about it - he shaves off the question by saying dating is troublesome. It is noted that he looks very similar to his brother, Gerard Walker, apart from the hair colour, to the point that most of the students in Seika High thought Gerard was Usui when he wore a blond wig. His relationship with his family does not seem to be a good one.

BackgroundEdit Background section

He lives in a very expensive condo, which has a sofa, pillow, table, and a kitchen inside. He came from a wealthy family and a very complicated life. He seems to occasionally wear glasses when he is at home. He seems to have some connection with Maria Miyazono (who's the daughter of one of the tutors Usui once had), and Tora Igarashi, the student council president of Miyabigaoka High School - both of whom try to convince Usui to transfer to Miyabigaoka High. He has also a big brother, Gerard Walker. Gerard and Takumi share the same mother but not the same father, and they look very similar, which could easily fool anyone but Misaki, who most likely knew Usui too well by the time Gerard was introduced.

Bye... :)

Rin Tohsaka

Rin Tohsaka
Rin is a model student and idol of Shirō's school. She barely talks to other students in her school and exhibits a desire to be left alone, as exemplified by her tendency to stay on the school's rooftop, away from the rest of the students. She is also secretly a magus, and a Master in the Holy Grail War. Rin is reared as the successor to her family's magecraft, instructed by her father, Tokiomi Tōsaka, to prioritize sorcery over her own interests. After her father is killed, Rin continues to perfect her sorcery, with some guidance from Kirei Kotomine. She strives to earn the admiration of her peers to avoid drawing attention to her private life, even though she is secretly stingy, tomboyish, and a slacker. She is perceptive, resourceful and avidly competitive. Although she tries to summon a Saber-class Servant, she accidentally calls Archer instead.

Rin excels in transformation of energy, which includes storage of Mana in objects. She stores all of her mana in jewels that she charges daily to bypass her body's natural limitations on releasing energy. She can detonate her jewels on contact with an object, resulting in a release of energy equivalent to an attack rank of "A". Her most common offensive spell is "Gandr", which fires concentrated mana in the form of a black orb from her finger. On contact, the spell amplifies physical conditions -- a person who is already sick, for example, becomes far sicker upon being hit. Rin is also proficient with reinforcement sorcery, which she uses on her legs to give herself more speed.

Fate/stay nightEdit Fate/stay night section

By the conclusion of the prologue, Rin would have used two Command Seals on Archer; the first is to force him into submission after he acts insubordinate to her briefly after he is summoned, and the second is to force him into ethereal form before he is killed by Saber. In all scenarios, her position as narrator is replaced by Shirou.
In Fate, Rin acts as an advisor to Shirou, dutifully attempting to school him in traditional sorcery in light of his powerful Servant, Saber. Although Shirou's recklessness results in the death of Archer, she bears Shirou no ill-will, though she hides bitterness at her loss of both her Servant and her chance at winning the war. Rin is later stabbed by Kotomine Kirei in Shirou's home, though she survives and ultimately leaves for London at the war's end to become a true magus.
Rin is the heroine in "Unlimited Blade Works" scenario, and has a romantic relationship with Shirou. In "Heaven's Feel" scenario, she uses the Jeweled Sword Zelretch to fight Matou Sakura.
Rin and Shirou become partners in every scenario. In fact, Rin does care for Shiro. However, aside from her heroine scenario, UBW, in which she ends the 5th Grail War while continuing some romantic interest with Shiro. Their relationship is still placed secondary to her desire to join the Association but she asks if Shiro would be willing to travel with her to London as her apprentice so they can stay together and she can watch over him. In Fate scenario, she becomes only an observer of Shiro's life and continues her friendship with Shiro after Saber's departure. In Heaven's Feel, she does not pursue her feelings further because of Matou Sakura, her biological sister, who is in love with Shiro. She thus puts her feelings aside in consideration for her sister whom she felt she abandoned

Fate/hollow ataraxiaEdit Fate/hollow ataraxia section

Rin also appears in Fate/stay night's sequel, Fate/hollow ataraxia, when she wields the Kaleidostick, another of Zeltretch's inventions, which when activated transfers knowledge from an alternate version of its user into its current wielder, in addition to providing an ample source of Mana. However, the Kaleidostick dislikes its creator, and frequently manipulates its user into humiliating situations. In Fate/hollow ataraxia, the Kaleidostick is responsible for transforming Rin into the magical girl Kaleido-Ruby. Also Rin's rival from Clock Tower, Luviagelita Edelfelt is introduced.
At the night of the final loop, Rin guards the Fuyuki bridge with her servant, Archer, from a horde of "monsters" to prevent them from chasing after Shiro/Avenger.

TriviaEdit Trivia section

- It is possible that Rin is a descendant of vampires because of her connection to Zelretch. It is alluded and implied by Kotomine when he mentions that The Tohsaka house is built atop of a vampire's leyline, and that burying Tohsaka in the earth could do good for her mana, as vampires can sleep under the earth to recover their strength.

Gray Fullbuster Character Fairy Tale Anime

Gray Fullbuster

Introduction

Gray Fullbuster is a member one of the most prominent guilds in Kingdom of Fiore, Fairy Tail. Gray is counted as one of the strongest members of his guild, powerful enough to be chosen for a candidate to take part in a Trial to become S-Class mage.<ref>Fairy Tail Manga:Chapter 201,page 16 </ref>.

Gray, along with Natsu Dragneel, Happy, Lucy Heartfilia and Erza Scarlet, are forming a team, usually called "Team Natsu", which is (due to the strength of its members and also its members' actions) often referred to as the "The Strongest". Gray, along with Natsu Dragneel, Happy, Lucy Heartfilia and Erza Scarlet, are forming a team, usually called "Team Natsu", which is (due to the strength of its members and also its members' actions) often referred to as the "The Strongest".

Gray's most prominent feature is his spiky black-colored hair. He has black eye color, his eyes instead being solely the color of his black pupils, and his body is toned and muscular.
After the Galuna Island mission, he gets a scar on his forehead above his left eye that is only partially covered by his hair.
His member stamp is below his collarbone on his right pectoral muscle, dark blue in color.
Unlike almost all other characters, Gray does not consistently wear the same type of clothes (that is, when he is wearing some), though is often shown wearing some kind of white coat.
Still, his most constant part of clothing is his necklace, which looks like a sword with a stone in it (this is similar to the Rave Stone in Rave Master) and a metal bracelet and similar chain attached to his pants.

PersonalityEdit Personality section

Gray has a laid back personality, but he will often get serious when the time calls for it. He and Natsu have a friendly rivalry, and while they can often be seen fighting one another verbally or physically, they are actually concerned about each other. Lucy believes that they constantly bicker because of the opposing elements that they use in magic. Gray was quite obstinate and reckless when he was younger. Overtime, he has attained a more cautious attitude towards life and deals with problems carefully. He is really concerned about his comrades and is truly loyal towards the guild. Gray tends to trash talk every now and then, and often has the last sentence at the end of every chapter in the manga. Also, he has a disturbing habit of unconsciously removing his clothes at inappropriate moments.

History

Much of Gray's history is revealed during the Galuna Island arc. Gray was from a village up in the North but the entire village was destroyed by the demon, Deliora and Gray's parents were killed in the incident as well.<ref> Fairy Tail Manga:Chapter 36,page 19 </ref> Lyon and Ur , a powerful ice mage who Jellal claims could have been one of the Ten Wizard Saints, found Gray alive among the ruins of the destroyed village in the North. Ur took Gray in as her second student and taught him and Lyon Ice Make. Gray accepted the training in order to eventually avenge his deceased parents by killing Deliora.<ref> Fairy Tail Manga:Chapter 37,page 2 </ref> Gray also inherited the unusual habit of stripping unconsiously from Ur.
However, due to Gray's obstinacy, he chose to prematurely challenge Deliora, which lead to Ur's self-sacrifice of using the forbidden spell, Ice Shell in order to encase Deliora and protect Gray and Lyon.<ref> Fairy Tail Manga:Chapter 38,page 11 </ref> Gray seems to have inherited this similar selfless personality after the incident, which is shown during his two attempts of using Ice Shell to protect his own comrades.

RelationshipEdit Relationship section
Main article: Gray's Relationships
Surprisingly for a Team Natsu member, Gray is pretty normal and thus gets along well with most people in the guild. Unlike most of his teammates, where Erza is basically feared and Natsu is cautioned for his destructivness, Gray can walk around the guild and not have his guildmates worry about his presence.

SynopsisEdit Synopsis section

Macao arcEdit Macao arc section

Gray first appeared when Natsu and Happy brought Lucy Heartfilia to Fairy Tail. He was sitting in his shorts - he forgot to wear his clothes - and he immediately got into a fight with Natsu. He stopped when Makarov ordered them to do so and he got scolded by him about his accidental nudity during his missions.

Daybreak arcEdit Daybreak arc section

Gray didn't do much, but he saw that there was more to Natsu's latest mission and he quietly wished him luck, saying things were going to be interesting.

Lullaby arc

Gray was about to get into a fight with Natsu yet again but hearing about Erza Scarlet's return from Loke made them stop. Later, he was forced to go on a mission with Natsu and Erza, much to his chagrin, but he went anyway. During the mission, he showed Lucy his abilities as an Ice Mage. Lucy then believes that Gray's ice abilities and Natsu's fire abilities are what causes their quarrels; Erza starts to believe this as well.
When they arrive in a train station to fight the Eisenwald Guild, Erza forces him and Natsu to go after their leader Erigor. They soon split up and Gray runs into one of Eisenwald's elite members, Rayure. He then learns about the plan to kill all the guild masters at their meeting. Gray promptly freezes Rayure's face and possibly kills him. He informs Erza of this and then they go to find Kageyama so he can dispel Erigor's wind wall. But Kageyama is stabbed in the back before he can help them.
After Lucy summons her new Celestial Spirit, Virgo, Gray compliments Virgo for being cute and as they escape, Gray is the only one to notice that Virgo and Lucy's skirts are flying up due to the wind. As they chase after Natsu, with Kageyama, Gray gives him a speech about life and death but the atmosphere is ruined when Lucy yells at Gray to kill Kageyama after he harasses her.
When the Lullaby flute transforms into a giant demon, Gray teams up with Natsu and Erza to defeat it. To protect the other guild masters, he uses "Iced Shield," and is complemented on how fast he can create the shield. However, Natsu destroys the Guild Master Meeting Building in the process which causes Gray and Erza to make a run for it with the others.
When they return, Gray appears in Lucy's apartment, much to her chagrin, to remind her that Natsu and Erza are about to begin their fight. As he watched, he was shocked to hear that Erza was to be arrested for property damage by the Magic Council.

Galuna Island arcEdit Galuna Island arc section

Gray waited for Erza's verdict like everyone else, but he learned that it was all a hoax and he voiced his displeasure about that. Gray then fell prey, like everyone else, to Mystogan's sleep magic as he walked in. He then explained to Lucy about the S-Class mages within Fairy Tail. At first, Gray did not take part in the stolen S-class mission, but as Makarov mentioned that only Laxus Dreyar could bring Natsu back, he voiced that he couldn't let that go unchallenged and he went to get Natsu and Lucy. As he found them, Natsu knocked Gray out and dragged him aboard the boat tying him up in the process.
As the boat crashed, Gray decided to help the others on this mission so he went along with them to the village. After learning about their curse, he went exploring the following day with the others. As they entered a temple, he fell into a cave with them and saw Deliora, a monster from his past that his mentor Ur sealed away in the northern lands. He then explained about Iced Shell magic to the others and went to the top of the temple when a beam of purple light started to hit Deliora. Gray then found that his old partner, Lyon, was behind the unsealing of Deliora. He called Lyon out and began to fight him in an Ice Make duel but lost due to his guilt over Ur's death. After being found by Natsu, he apologized to him for mocking his dreams.
The next morning he awoke to find Erza had come to return them to the guild. However, he tried to tell her the severity of the situation but she stated that she didn't care. This caused Gray to insult Erza for making him sick, he then told her that he will save the people of the island whether Erza likes it or not. After his lecture, he stormed off to find Natsu but he is surprised to see that Erza had joined him.
Later, he has a rematch with Lyon and he then tells Lyon the truth about what happened to Ur and how she is in fact, the ice sealing Deliora. Lyon states he doesn't care and Gray goes to defeat Lyon instead of save him. He defeats Lyon with his better balanced ice spells. As Deliora is freed though, Gray contemplates using Ice Shell to sacrifice himself and seal Deliora again but Deliora dies due to being sealed before. Gray encourages Lyon to join a guild, where he will find more powerful mages than Ur. He then goes back to the village, where the spell on the demons is broken.

Natsu Dragneel, Erza Scarlet, Happy, Lucy Heartfilia and Gray Fullbuster
Caster Magic User: Gray is a powerful mage, and an S-Class Candidate whose abilities are said to rival Natsu's. He was taught by the powerful Ice Mage Ur(known to well be as powerful as one of the ten saints), along with Lyon Bastia.
  • Ice Make: A form of maker magic that creates shapes or objects out of ice. In Gray's case, he uses Static ice magic<ref> Fairy Tail Manga:Chapter 30,page 5 </ref>, meaning he can shape his ice into weapons or attacks. Gray is incredibly skilled at this, as he was commended by the Magic Council for creating objects quickly and effortlessly during the battle with Zeref's demon.
